Why This Exists
Technical interviews are stressful. Even experienced developers can struggle to perform well under the pressure of a real interview, especially when they haven't practiced in a while.
The problem is that practicing effectively is hard. Reading interview books helps with concepts, but doesn't prepare you for the experience of speaking your thoughts aloud. Mock interviews with friends can be valuable, but scheduling is difficult and the feedback is often surface-level. Professional coaching is expensive and not accessible to everyone.
RoleSignal exists to provide a middle path: realistic, voice-based interview practice with structured feedback, available whenever you have 15 minutes to spare.
Why Voice Matters
